GlobalERPfy ReminderPro ("the App") is provided by GlobalERPfy ("we", "us", or "our"). The App allows customers to manage document records, which may include:

- Document type
- Document expiry date

The App does not require users to upload or store copies of passports, driving licences, PDFs, photographs, or other document files as part of the document-management functionality.

Subscription and Account Information:
The App may process information relating to:
- Subscription package
- Subscription validity
- Document and document-type limits
- Coin balance and coin transactions
- Reseller assignment
- Reseller information
- Customer support requests

Device and Authentication Information:
For secure mobile authentication and session management, the App may process:
- A device identifier
- Mobile session information
- Authentication/session tokens
- Login information stored locally on the device for the App's login functionality

- Authenticate customers

Customer passwords are not stored as readable plaintext passwords on our server.

Password authentication uses secure password-hashing mechanisms.

Mobile authentication uses session tokens and device identification to help protect customer accounts.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

A GlobalERPfy customer account is not automatically deleted when a subscription expires.

After subscription expiry, GlobalERPfy may send email notifications during the following month regarding the expired subscription.

If the subscription is not renewed within the applicable period, the account may be placed into an inactive status.

An inactive account and its associated records may remain stored in accordance with GlobalERPfy's applicable data-retention practices.

If the customer subsequently renews the subscription, the account may become active again and the customer may continue using the applicable services.

Account inactivity is not the same as account deletion.

For security purposes, GlobalERPfy may require verification of the customer's identity before processing an account deletion request.

After a valid deletion request has been verified, GlobalERPfy will process the request in accordance with applicable data-retention requirements.

Information that is required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other legitimate purposes may be retained as permitted or required by applicable law.

The GlobalERPfy ReminderPro mobile application does not use browser cookies as a primary mechanism for mobile authentication.

The GlobalERPfy website and related services may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for website functionality, security, or other legitimate purposes.

GlobalERPfy ReminderPro is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children for purposes prohibited by applicable law.

The App communicates with GlobalERPfy servers to provide account authentication and application services.

Third-party libraries or technical components used by the App may process limited technical information necessary for operation of the App.

Such components are used in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.
